We never charge candidates. Not one rupee.
Companies pay us when they hire. That is the whole business. If someone using the Operators or Boring Commerce name asks you for money, stop and tell us.

- For a test or interviewThe practical test and the interview cost you nothing.
- To be placedThere is no placement fee, deposit or registration charge for candidates.
- From your salaryWe take no cut of your pay, now or later.
- For training as a conditionNo course or paid training is ever required to be considered for a role.
Boring Commerce also runs training courses, sold separately. Buying one never affects whether you are considered for a role, and no recruiter will ever ask you to buy one.

How to spot someone pretending to be us
Recruitment scams are common in India. These are the signs we see most.

They ask you for money
For registration, a test, a uniform, a laptop, document checks or anything else. We never do.

WhatsApp only, from a number you don't know
We contact you by email first. A message from an unknown number that won't move to email is a warning sign.

An offer without an interview
Every role through us has a test and an interview. An offer that skips them isn't from us.

An email from another domain
Our emails come from boringcommerce.com. Our only website is hiring.boringcommerce.com. Gmail, Yahoo or lookalike addresses are not us.

Already paid someone?
Report it at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline, as soon as you can. Then tell us, so we can warn others.
